How do I book an appointment at Loose Screw Tattoo? 

Please fill out our appointment request form to start the process! When filling out the form, make sure to be as specific as possible so we can fully understand your tattoo vision. We will get back to you ASAP as soon as we receive your form submission.

What kind of tattoos do you offer at Loose Screw Tattoo? 

Many of our artists can do it all! While most artists at the shop have certain specialties, they offer skills in a wide array of styles including new school, black and grey, portraits, realism, lettering and traditional. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we will try our best to make it happen! 

Where can I find more examples of the work from the artists at Loose Screw Tattoo?

You can visit the “tattoo gallery” tab on the website, or visit our Instagram, @LooseScrewTattoo to see more content! 

Do you accept walk-in tattoos? 

Yes, many of our artists have plenty of time for walk-in tattoos - just make sure to call the shop the day-of to check on availability for that day. 

When is the shop open? 

We are open Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. 

Where can I park at the shop? 

Unfortunately, there is no parking lot for Loose Screw Tattoo, but there is plenty of street parking on Cary Street as well as connecting side streets. There is also a parking deck very close by to the shop located at 7 S Crenshaw Ave, Richmond, VA 23221.
